I appreciated the room decor. It felt quite luxurious. the staff was friendly and cute. breakfast was delivered in a charming hamper, a good touch that included cereals and pastries (i thought this was so cute!). i also found the location convenient for accessing wimbledon village.
the noise from the street was sometimes noticeable, particularly in the early morning. this disrupted my sleep a bit.

the room was clean with a comfortable bed and a good hot shower.
The room and en-suite smelled damp. I brought this to the attention of the manager. the response was "i can't smell damp. ". the area and stairs leading to the rooms also had a stale pub smell. Stained carpets are not nice.

The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed I found a picnic basket outside my door each morning it included cereals and croissants. Staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant offered delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere after a long day.
The parking was a bit challenging as spaces were limited near the premises I had to park a short distance away.

The room smelled damp. I told the manager. The response was, 'I can't smell damp. ' there was no mug for tea or coffee, so I could not use the coffee machine.
